It also allows users to add files, color-coded priority rating, and pictures to the tasks. The software also allows users to prioritize the most important and urgent tasks. UpKeep was created out of the need to have asset management solutions. Users can create invoices and work orders in PDF format, which can be sent via email or printed to reach the concerned individuals.
