Overall Opinion: userTrack is like a combination of Google Analytics and Hotjar, but self-hosted so it's cheaper and has increased privacy. It's interface is a lot easier to use than Google Analytics one, but enables you do to most of the things you can in GA.

Pros: - self-hosted - affordable - graphs load quickly - great feature set - easy to use

Cons: - recordings are not always 100% accurate (they are not video recordings) but work well enough in most cases

XCS is using userTrack almost every day since at least a year or more.
