Overall Opinion: I'm using this platform since my company purchased it. I'm really looking frward to using their future features because I know that I'm gonna get the best support for every service they will have. I needed a change in my dashboard, just a note in live chat was enough to make my issue solved. they kindly added a new button just because I asked. all these aside, Watchthemlive has the best recordings so far that I have tried different apps, w/o any glitches or blank pages.

Pros: realtime data is slow not having scroll heatmaps. but they have it in their roadmap so waiting for it!

Cons: great support team best session replays in comparison to other apps

Kiara is using WatchThemLive almost every day since a couple of month.
