Overall Opinion: Today, there's nothing more valuable to a business than getting to know customers, and in the age of constant connectivity, that means everything a customer likes, owns, dislikes, and the list goes on. These factors are especially important if a business relies on sales or services for their survival. Inspectlet takes the data from a service like Google Analytics and goes even deeper, allowing administrators to practically watch a user use their website from the moment they navigate there. It's like being over the shoulder of a potential customer. Every mouse movement, scroll and click are logged. Even videos can be recorded of what the user's interaction on the website looks like, to the exact detail. These features, coupled with some impressive data analyzing tools, allows a business to pinpoint exactly what a customer wants so their site can better tailor to that customer's needs. Interested customers can try out a demo of the software that will log everything they do and then display the results. Obviously, it would be impossibly time consuming to monitor every single user of a popular website, so the software comes equipped with intense filtering options so only certain users' data will be shown. There's a limited functionality free version, and pricing after that starts at $39 per month going all the way up to $499 for enterprise. Discounts of 15 percent off are available for annually paid plans.

Pros: A free version with limited functionality is available, which is perfect for users who want to try the software but aren't ready to commit
