If your business needs a more general human resources tool, Workable does not offer enough features and capabilities to work in this capacity. Workable helps to streamline the recruitment process with software meant to combine searching, screening and interviewing job candidates. The program adapts to almost any type of industry, and companies in a range of sizes. The simple and intuitive interface makes Workable one of the easiest applicant tracking software programs available. With a ton of features meant to make the hiring process easier, and the ability to customize to your business' needs, Workable is a good choice to help fill your business' job openings.

Pros: Well-designed interface with easy-to-use and intuitive controls Gives businesses the capability of managing job candidates from the initial application process to the hiring stage Requires no technology knowledge before using Easy to combine with the use of social media tools and popular job boards Offer a free trial for 15 days with no commitment to join if the software does not work for your company Three different pricing plans give you the option to choose the right solution for your company
