Overall Opinion: A company's productivity is key to getting anything accomplished, and managing a group of people can be challenging for even the most seasoned administrator. Developments like increased worker mobility and remote workforces only complicate the issue further. Scattered and unorganized teams will waste time and lead to a loss of resources. To solve this problem, there's Atiim, a continuous performance and enterprise goals management platform. The main focus of this software is an area of study called OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Goals Management, which is a philosophy of setting strict goals and monitoring results at regular intervals. The basic formula for this idea, called Jon Doerr's formula, states that "I will accomplish 'X' Objective as measured by 'Y' Key Result." Obviously, a lot of this boils down to worker mindset rather than software, so Atiim mitigates this gap by providing a lengthy introduction to OKR and an entire website's worth of resources to help develop the key ideas.
