If you are having problems with the Weekly Reset Bot, please make sure of the following as these's can solve any issues. 1. Make sure you are using the correct default prefix, which is >. 2. Commands are case sensitive (Yes, it's a sensitive bot, don't be mean), no commands have capital letters in them. For example, the Xur command is >xur (Not >Xur) 3 The information from the bot will be refreshed at weekly reset in Destiny 2. The previous week's information will be deleted so the new information can be applied to the commands, resulting in a small period where you will get no response from certain commands. Please be patient during this time. 4. The Weekly Reset Bot could be offline and down for maintenance. Please check your discord server member's list to see it's status. 5. All commands are one word, for example the lost sector command is >lostsector. 6.
