You can specify the last chapter by adding chap=The number of last chapter in the command, it's faster.
You can specify on which website the manhwa is between the supported website above with their name, like isekaiscan.
Complete example: mn!get Taming Master chap=5 site=isekaiscan

mn!follow [Name of the manhwa or URL]

If the manhwa you specify is found, it add it to your list and check it for new chapters.
