Marina Bot Commands

Gets an avatar of self or another user.
args: [User = Self]

args: <User> <Reason>

Gets a random cat picture.

Gets a random dog picture.

Gets a release from the specified Github repository.
User and Repository must be included anywhere in the command in that order.
Available options:
--tag, -t=string (default: null)
--description, -d=bool (default: false)
--prerelease, -p=bool (default: false)
--tags, -l=bool (default: false)
--maxtagdisplaylength, -n=int (defualt: 12)

Unlocks a channels that was previously locked in which did not allow for the Everyone role to send messages in.
