Will enable or disable news updates from fallout.bethesda.net
**>ToggleFo76Status {@role to be pinged / custom message}**
Allows the ability to subscribe when Fallout 76 goes offline or online.
**>ToggleCodesUpdate {@role to be pinged / custom message}**
Allows you to subscribe to weekly nuke codes!
