JustCall Reviews
We have 1 review for JustCall. The average overall ratings is 4.0 / 5 stars.
Overall Opinion: JustCall is a great program for any business that makes its money off of sales or some kind of customer support. Because you can use local numbers, you are more likely to get an answer from people and you are more likely to get people talking to you. If people see strange numbers that are not from their local area, they are much more likely to simply decline the call. Another important feature of the program that makes it even more helpful is the ability to use it to both call and text. Texting is another great way to disperse information and reach out to people, so it is an important aspect of the program. JustCall is great for sales teams because if you use it, you are more likely to get people actually picking up the phone, which means that you have more opportunities to close sales.
Pros: JustCall is great for sales teams because you can use it to reach out to more people. The ability to choose your number makes you seem like you are local which increases the likelihood that people will pick up. JustCall is also great for teams that deal with some sort of customer support because you can use toll free numbers to easily reach people all over the world. JustCall allows you to record messages and calls that you make with it so you can go back and see what people said when you reached out to them.
Cons: While it may not be illegal to use a false local number, it may not be the most ethical choice, and many people do not appreciate getting calls that they think are from actual local people that are actually from businesses. The program could be used by individuals with malicious intent like stalking because of the fact that you can use multiple local numbers to make calls from with the program. The program is primarily targeted towards businesses, meaning that individuals do not have much of a reason to use it unless they own a business.
