Serv-U offers secure FTP Server and MFT Server software. It's optimized for reliable file sharing using Windows and Linux operating systems. The FTP server has many features that make it an ideal se...rver and software for any business.
You can encrypt files with SSL/TLS protocols, which prevents tampering, exposure, or leakage during transfer. You can also easily transfer files from mobile devices or the Web. It's easy for administrators to view the details of file transfers and to control settings including storage, bandwidth, permissions, and access. You can monitor the server logs in real time to identify any issues that require error-handling or troubleshooting.
It's also possible to easily exchange multiple files in one transfer, or exchange large files in a transfer. Files larger than 2GB can be easily exchanged and transferred over the FTP server. You can view the transfer queue and control the rate of active file transfers.
In addition, there's an optional Serv-U Gateway that can be added on. This gateway provides in-depth security to the FTP server, so you don't have to worry about the security of your files.
The server's interface is wizard-driven. It allows you to create individual users and groups and grant them access for collaborative projects. You can also automate the file management, set up file transfer limits, and support up to 250 users and 100 concurrent sessions. The server can be set up and integrated with both Windows and Linux platforms.
The Serv-U FTP Server's pricing starts at $495 per server. This covers 250 users, up to 100 concurrent sessions, and three domains. There are no monthly fees because the server is offered as a perpetual license.
