Overall Opinion: Wimi makes it easy to complete essential project management tasks with a wide range of features and a simple interface. The Wimi Drive gives you and your team the ability to quickly upload and share documents. These documents are saved in the cloud system, making them easily accessible. The Wimi calendar provides synchronization support to keep everyone on the team aware of upcoming meetings, appointments and deadlines. Chatting with colleagues is easy using either the messaging platform, or the audio conferencing and videoconferencing program. All of these features give companies of all sizes access to a variety of project management tools in one integrated program. Wimi also has both iOS and Android apps, making it easy to access information on the go.

Pros: Allows you to share resources and documents across projects Provides budgeting and expense tools to save you from purchasing a budgeting software program Gives you the opportunity to find solutions to problems in multiple workflows The mobile app allows you to take the project management tasks on the go Encourages communication between team members through the chat or videoconferencing features Quickly upload and share documents among team members Videoconferencing feature includes the ability to screen share Relatively affordable compared to other project management software

Cons: Does not have strong agile development due to its lack of product backlog management Mobile app is lacking some of the features present in the software Cannot preview more than one document at a time The two-hour Time Out feature means you may have to log in constantly throughout the day
