The software is like an online version of Microsoft Office, but it features much more connectivity between team members, which makes it easy to work together on projects in the most efficient way possible.

One of the hallmark features of this software is that it includes the ability to edit and comment upon documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Those comments and edits are updated in real time, so anyone accessing the system can see them as soon as they are made. This makes it easy to collaborate even when teams are not all in one location.

The ONLYOFFICE system can also be used as a simple document sharing app. By creating a document with the service online, you can instantly share that document with any single person or group. They'll then be able to make their own edits or add comments. To help keep track of the documents as they evolve, document numeration gives each new iteration its own version number. You can also use the software to embed files.

Integrated via google drive and Dropbox with Slack - the build in messenger really needs a decent onlyoffice built PC and Mobile app.
