ProofHub makes everyone's jobs easier by giving you a single place to store all of the data that went into your project. It also allows you to keep track and see if your project has been making proper progress on schedule. ProofHub also allows you to create reports easily fit with all kinds of features, like calendars, charts, and more. These reports easily sum up whatever work you have done to get to the end of your project. ProofHub s also available in multiple languages, so anyone anywhere can use ProofHub to easily manage their team's programs. Few programs can keep your team on task and on time like ProofHub can.
Pros: ProofHub helps you keep track of your progress on various projects. It can do this simply by showing everything that has been done in a project, or it can do this by showing you how your team is stacking up against their set time table. ProofHub encourages collaboration by showing you what employees are pulling their weight, and it allows managers to easily communicate with their workers. ProofHub allows you to easily make reports that sum up the progress that you have made on your projects, or display the results of your projects as your team is finishing up.
Cons: If you are doing individual work, then your project will not benefit from the collaborative aspect of ProofHub. It can still be helped by some of the task management aspects of the software, as well as the report building aspects. Sometimes it can be hard to really summarize the amount of work that has gone into a project. This varies from industry to industry, and the success of some projects cannot be determined by a simple report. ProofHub has several high profile competitors that offer services similar to theirs, so the product is not fully unique.
