Overall Opinion: If you find that it's hard to talk to everyone in the company at one time or that groups of employees are missing out on important information and meetings, then this is an app that would be useful. There are all types of content that you can send to other people, such as simple messages or detailed messages with images and videos to make it easier to alert people as to what is new with the company or any information that they need to read right away. There are defined roles as to how each message is sent and who sends the information. Admin capabilities make it easy to assign titles as well as responsibilities for people who are in management so that they know what is required during the day and so that they send the proper details to the right groups in the business. You don't have to worry about sending long emails that people might not read because they don't receive them. There is an option to make sure that recipients of messages get the information and read it as well. You can send mass messages at one time or send individual messages if there is certain information that only needs to be seen by a small group of people. You can view the progress of the messages sent as well as the status of the communication. There is also an option to view the owner of the original message, making it easy to get back to the person who developed the idea or who is responsible for creating the memo that is circulated. Another option is that you can assign titles to all of the employees if you choose to do so in order to know where each person is working in the business.
