Overall Opinion: Customer relationship management platforms have become one of the most important components of a modern business. Where a rolodex alone was once enough for a savvy business owner to juggle recurring customers and prospective leads, the landscape has changed. With multiple powerful CRM platforms on the market, customer outreach has become something of an arms race, and finding the right platform for your specific market can be a critical decision with a meaningful effect on your business' long term health. Bitrix24 is built for both small and medium sized businesses, and it does an admirable job of covering all the basics you could expect from a modern CRM. But where Bitrix24 really sets itself apart from the competition is with its creative and unexpected range of automation tools. The software is incredibly capable, to an extent that may even be overwhelming to a new user, but putting in the time to understand the software reveals one of the most useful business programs on the market. The fact that Bitrix24 markets itself as a CRM platform is somewhat puzzling. That's not to say the CRM features here are weak. A cleanly designed main page keeps track of all of your existing clients and leads, and the smart interface makes it easy for anyone on your team to keep track of what they need. Messages, phone calls, and meetings can all be linked up to this central hub so you won't have to worry about manually entering information, and you'll always have an archive of communications wit your clients and prospective clients. From here, you have the ability to manually or automatically generate a wide number of reports and also create unique dashboards that allow you to track any number of important metrics. If it all seems a little rote, that's because the system works, and it works well. There's a few cool additions though. Facial recognition software lets you create a personal connection with your clients right out of the gate, and the automation tools let you create a marketing pipeline in one sitting and essentially let the complex triggers create sophisticated workflows of marketing outreach. But CRM is only one part of the picture. The interface used for the CRM tool is all tied together in what's essentially a comprehensive communications and productivity suite for your entire office. These include a fully functioning internal social media network exclusive to your company, tools for project and task management, and email and document sharing services. There's even a fully featured human resources management platform. Discussing all the services Bitrix24 offers (We haven't even touched on the fully featured human resource department tools) could take hours. Fortunately, Bitrix24 is offered completely free of charge. Not all features are included in the free plan, but they also offer a 30 day free trial of the professional version you can use to dig in to the deeper features on demand.

Overall Opinion: Overall, the software is worth a try. It helps me much to manage my remote team and organize business processes. The software is easy to use, so any from the team (even not tech-savvies) can easily start using the platform.
Pros: - many features - easy to use - simple user interface - pretty design - useful for managing your team when they work from home - lets you run marketing campaigns and send bulk emails - allows landing pages building - polite live time support - offers a free version with many tools - has shared calendars with the scheduler (I find this very helpful) - communication tools for all departments and all team members like cha and video conferencing; - file sharing and managing features
Cons: Probably, they could offer a bigger discount for huge teams. I know that now they offer a 40% discount but the plans could be less expensive not only for 1 week. Further, online storage is limited in cheaper plans. The registration is obligatory.
