Overall Opinion: It is the best alternative to get rid of shared mailbox management. We started to solve a issue of a customer of us and now we want propose to everyone is struggling with shared mailbox. We love the price model that came with really free and unlimited core functions on top of which you can buy plugins with the functions you need.

Pros: Very easy to install and customize The core is really free and unlimited Very easy to use also for non-trained agent

Cons: Miss of a customer front end to start conversations. If customer mails to you in order to get updates you have to manage more conversation. No merge-ticket-like function is available (yet ?)

Innov2e is using FreeScout almost every day since a couple of month.
