Overall Opinion: Like other kanban-based software tools, Kanbanchi is easily learned by any computer user. Its visual interface and drag-and-drop features give users a hands-on feel for their projects' statuses through a computer interface. More than 5,000 companies, schools and nonprofits manage tasks and projects with Kanbanchi. Its systems lets individuals and teams work faster. When the general, board-level details are too broad, with one click, users can gain more information about any card's subject. Additionally, Kanbanchi's ability to integrate Google's Calendar and other G Suite tools helps users become more efficient. Though its makers offer no free version or trial, organizations that currently struggle to meet their goals can enjoy more agility through a Kanbanchi sunscription.

Pros: Kanbanchi's cards-and-board system lets users quickly grasp where all of their projects and tasks stand. New users can learn Kanbanchi's system in several minutes. It is a great tool for people who think visually. For in-depth information on any project or task, users can click on a card to see notes, past events and action items.

Cons: Unlike its major competitor, Trello, Kanbanchi has no mobile version. The company does not offer a basic, free version. This product is built for team collaboration, so solo entrepreneurs might feel more comfortable with one of Kanbanchi's competitors.
