Overall Opinion: Qubit users rate the software between 7.9 to 8.4 out of 10 on most online platforms, with many users attributing its popularity to better web personalization over competitors. Qubit’s ease of use and navigation across the platform are also factors cited by users for its higher ratings.

Pros: Qubit provides quick feedback from customers through creation of qualitative A/B tests, with results delivered as soon as they are obtained. The ease and speed of navigation through the platform, enabled by a good IDE, gives a customer-personalized experience and greater customer satisfaction. Website event tracking proves extremely useful in the analysis of the customer experience. Qubit provides content that matches an organization’s look, by providing tools for making tags to present the face of the organization in the online platform. Easy segmentation provides organized details which are accessible to both the customers and the company. Qubit provides great insight in the development of products, leading to innovativeness that involves the customer, resulting into fool-proof ideas openly embraced by consumers.

Cons: Lack of documentation makes it difficult for organizations to keep track of information for future reference. Better documentation to enable easier decision-making is expected soon. Complex management of segments requires skilled personnel for Qubit management, which may have cost implications for the business. Overhead costs occasioned with high data usage and online marketing also makes it costly to use Qubit.
