It also helps you identify lower level employees with high levels of potential so that you can know who to promote and move up the ladder of your business. There are countless ways that Spigit can help your business run more smoothly.

Spigit taps into the innovation of your employees. There are few better ways to get ideas for how to conduct business than to ask the employees themselves.
