Overall Opinion: Wootric is a very useful piece of software if you are trying to gauge the successes and failures of your app or website. Every web developer or app designer loves to get feedback on the software that they produce. With instant feedback, you can find out immediately what it is about your app that people like or dislike the most. This is probably the most important information that you can have as an app developer because with it you can optimize your app for success in the future. It is never wise to ignore the concerns and desires of the people using your product. Wootric makes it so that you will never again be guessing what aspects of your app are the most well received or liked. While the software is not perfect, it is incredibly useful for all kinds of web developers.

Pros: Wootric allows you to take customer surveys that show you overall what aspects of your app or website are the most successful or well received. With this feedback, you can easily find out places where you are succeeding and places where you need improvement. You can use Wootric to reach out to clients directly, allowing for you to get more comprehensive feedback from individuals. Wootric allows you to easily follow popular trends. With this knowledge, you can always keep your app up to date with the most recent successful ideas.

Cons: Wootric allows you to have one central hub from which you can keep track of customer feedback, but it is not a necessary piece of software for businesses wanting to conduct surveys or get feedback. Disgruntled customers can be less than polite with their reviews of your product. If you do not have employees at the ready with experience in good customer relations, this can lead to potentially harmful situations for your brand. Viewing customer relations data in real time can be helpful in a lot of ways, but sometimes it can detract from viewing the bigger picture with regards to what you should be doing to improve your app or website
