Overall Opinion: Nobody ever wants to wait in line. Sometimes, like in a dentist's office, waiting can even add anxiety to a customer's experience. Qminder was build to change all that. From the moment a client walks in the door, the software takes over and starts offering peace of mind. The software is designed to work with physical Apple hardware. By interfacing with an iPad, users can express their wishes and the software does the rest. Additional features allow the software to display the current queue on a large monitor or television screen using the Apple TV hardware. After a visitor signs in, the app relays information to service staff who can then address the visitor by name and learn other useful information about them. In addition to taking care of the customer, data from each visit is logged and can be analyzed later by the software. Using this information, firms have the power to improve their businesses to better meet the needs of clients. Qminder also includes a messaging system between devices, so staff members can message clients in larger, multi-floor buildings.

Pros: A 14-day free trial (no credit card required) is available The cheapest plan is around $250 per month (per location), which is in reach of many businesses, and custom plans with more features are available for those with more cash to spend No contracts, and businesses can cancel their plans at any time

Cons: Replacing a human staff might take away a personal touch that some customers would prefer No support for Android devices.
