Overall Opinion: The best online Gantt chart out there! Very convenient to split work in a marketing team and track the workflow.

Overall Opinion: As a Gantt charts lover, I found this tool just amazing for my needs. I was using it for both work and study projects. GanttPRO helped me to structure my tasks, track progress, and be more efficient and productive. My favorite feature is custom working days. I have an irregular schedule so the opportunity to customize working times has given me a more clear picture of how many resources I have to complete my projects.

Overall Opinion: I wish I could set 5 stars because of many nice features for gantt charts: - allow multiple nesting of tasks, subtasks,... - use of virtual ressources, nice for servers or simulate a team - the UI is really nice. But, it fails at prioritization. You have to set dependencies in order to achieve sequentiality, even when there are no need for dependency. Imagine you are book critics and need to read 5 books this week. In GanttPro, if you don't set dependencies, all the tasks will appear the sameday, the same time, leaving you with 5 books to read at once, unless you set up start up dates. If you decide to switch 2 books, you have to redefine dependencies. That's a lot of work! In Gantt chart, dependencies are useful if a task is dependent of another user's task completion, that's it, otherwise a software has to manage task according to ressource allocation. If you allocate 8h to read a book, you should have 8h of work, 1 book a day, not 40h of work for monday. I stopped using it when I saw that.

Overall Opinion: Charts and graphs are a commonly employed method for keeping track of productivity in the workplace. However, not all charts or graphs are created equally, so it's important to know which ones would be best suited for a specific workplace environment. Before going further, it's important to understand what a Gantt chart is. according to the dictionary, a Gantt chart is a chart in which a series of horizontal lines are used to show the amount of work that has been done or the amount of production that has been completed over a certain period of time in relation to the amount of time planned for these periods. In other words, a Gantt chart can help an administrator keep track of workplace productivity by seeing actual work over time done versus planned work over time done. If this sounds useful, it's probably worth giving GanttPro a try. The software features easy-to-use drag-and-drop functionality and contains plenty of integrated dependencies that work with popular Cloud planning platforms and other software. The UI is pleasant and easy to understand for new users. The product is streamlined and doesn't have any unnecessary features that will bog it down, creating a fast and efficient user experience. Finally, a convenient notification system can help automate productivity checks to keep the workplace running as smooth as possible.
Pros: No credit card is required to try the free version of the software After the free trial, pricing is modular and runs with bulk pricing plans as well. For example, one plan runs at $15 per user per month for one user, but 5 users can enjoy the price of $7.90 per month per user. Pricing scales down from there, with 15 users priced at $5.90 per user per month. All prices are billed annually Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time An Enterprise version is available by request for users with advanced needs
Cons: The software is strictly for the creation of Gantt charts and users who desire more functionality out of the software, for example, the features that might be equipped with an office suite of software, will be left short-handed
