Their customer service team is readily available to assist with problems, and the process of setting up SnapEngage is a breeze. No advanced coding is required, and you can plug the code that runs SnapEngage into an unlimited amount of websites. The UI allows you to easily set preferences for your business' hours. Depending on your need, you can set protocol that transfers the user to different representatives or refers them to an offline form that can be responded to at a later date.

This ease of use extends to your teams as well. Rather than having to download any bulky software, your entire sales and customer service teams can log in to the chat portal directly through any browser.
