Overall Opinion: Stupid me, I just paid $128.75 late last night, believing that they would have a mobile app, just like every other chat service out there, after finding out that they did not have a mobile app, immediate tried to cancel and get my money back, guess what? they refused to refund my $128.75 even after advising them that I was going to dispute the charge and post my bad experience on review sites, they cared crap, do not get this super expensive chat service, unless you had exhausted all and any other chat resource out there which offer a lot more for what they charge, and unless you have the time to sit 100% of the time sitting in front of a desktop computer LOL!

Cons: All

At it's most basic, SnapEngage is chat software that integrates directly into your site or application, but it's designed to be as user-friendly as possible, so your team can work on helping customers or closing big sales rather than wrangling with the software. Their customer service team is readily available to assist with problems, and the process of setting up SnapEngage is a breeze. No advanced coding is required, and you can plug the code that runs SnapEngage into an unlimited amount of websites. The UI allows you to easily set preferences for your business' hours. Depending on your need, you can set protocol that transfers the user to different representatives or refers them to an offline form that can be responded to at a later date. This ease of use extends to your teams as well. Rather than having to download any bulky software, your entire sales and customer service teams can log in to the chat portal directly through any browser. That makes it quickly scaleable and accommodating to geographically diverse teams.
