Overall Opinion: There aren't many professional-grade collaboration apps that could also function as a standard communication portal, but Hibox is one of them. It contains all the most advanced communication tools you might expect from a high-end collaboration app, including video conferencing with multiple members, direct video calling, and text-based web chat. When you first use the cloud-based software, you'll have to register and invite other users who will act in the collaboration. You can build a collaboration group in the app in seconds just by using email addresses for the group members. The software can automatically set positions based on preferences or existing roles, so new projects will have the correct manager, administrator, and workers. Once the group has been created, the freedom to work is yours. Every member of the group can communicate freely without having to worry about data theft or other intrusions. To make sure the team is operating as efficiently as possible, the software includes several task management functions like the ability to create to-do lists, set jobs to specific contacts, and pose deadlines. Using a simple play/pause interface, you can track how much time is spent on each job. One of the most interesting aspects of the software is the AI personal assistant.
