Overall Opinion: Other software solutions for taking notes are filled with problems compared to WorkFlowy. It is one of the easiest such apps to use, and it is designed with the premium quality one would expect from a world-class productivity app. You might find that the software replaces your other note-taking apps as it becomes the only location you go for recording all your most important thoughts. Those thoughts could include to do lists, grocery lists, and simple ideas for exploring further in articles or other writing. If you are a writer trying to keep all your notes organized in a single place, WorkFlowy could easily handle that task. You can use it to compile information for a new book, or you can use it to manage tasks that will need to be completed for any articles or projects on which you are currently working. One of the most useful features of WorkFlowy is the ability to nest lists infinitely. That means any list can be populated with other sublists, and you can easily zoom in to view any individual sublist in greater detail. List items can be tagged with vital information and filtered by their tags for easier organizing and sorting. The user interface is quite beautiful, and it features soft tones and modern, sleek aesthetics. You can use the app entirely offline since it doesn't require an internet connection, and the software keeps everything synced between your mobile devices and desktop systems. Group collaboration is easy with WorkFlowy, and you can easily add notes to items in any list for greater clarity amongst the collaborators. Tap on any item to edit it right away, and collapse and expand lists to find exactly what you need without cluttering the screen. Tasks can be marked as complete once they are finished so you can monitor performance and efficiency, and you can take advantage of a full text search option for even greater organization and sorting power. The newest version of WorkFlowy includes several improvements, including a fix that prevented the login page from running with javascript. The software has been optimized for use on certain mobile systems, and new screenshots are available to better showcase the UI of the app. When using edit mode in the app, you can now easily scroll through text without it infringing on the keyboard space. In some cases, the older versions of the app would randomly clear the search results found through the app after only a moment of those results being displayed.
