Overall Opinion: I have been looking for a suitable free tool for planning my blog and social media content for quite some time. SeaTable offers everything I need. I especially like the fact that I can easily place images and longer texts in the table. By using different views of the table, I can easily see which posts have already been published and which are still pending. Very clear and structured. Thumbs up.

Overall Opinion: I am using SeaTable for my university surveys i need to conduct. I really like that you can built your table for you evaluation data first, with all the questions you want to ask and afterwards create the survey form with just a few clicks. You get a QR-code and a link to share the survey on social media or in WhatsApp groups. All the answers are displayed in the table you created before, so you can easy dive right into the results. Really nice free tool. I would recommend.

Overall Opinion: SeaTable is a simple tool for creating spreadsheets. I am a young entrepreneur and currently using SeaTable for all kind of stuff that comes up. For example we are using it for tracking the working hours of our employees and getting Feedback of our customers. For a free Tool it has very many functions. Would recommend!

Overall Opinion: SeaTable is a well running reliable software solution for Spreadsheetuser. This Software backs up every single working process of my company, from project management to customer onboarding. We started with the free subscription to test the software. We quickly realized that an upgrade to Seatable Plus was the perfect fit for us, especially for the very low monthly fee
Pros: SeaTable is in his usage very intuitive and simple to understand. Convenience is a big plus for SeaTable as compared to Excel, which is to complicated for an spreadsheet beginner.
Cons: There is no major downside for Seatable. My suggestion for improvement consists of implementing more Plugins, because there are very useful and easy to use!
Overall Opinion: SeaTable is a good solution to draft content and organize it at the same time. Im using this software nearly every day. I'm currently using the free version model, but I could imagine switching to a paid version if i reach my maximum of lines.

Overall Opinion: My favourite feature is the ability to edit and change the view options of the data. This includes filtering content into groups and also the advanced 'sort data' features. I also like the different display colour options for multiple entries, which all makes it easy to read large amounts of data. At work we use SeaTable to capture survey data using the 'Form' display function. My colleagues complete a form and it populates the database automatically, bingo! We also use it for our staff records, to manage contact details, birthdays and other HR content. Likewise, for our contact database of customers and partner organisations. So a bit like a traditional CRM database.
Pros: Use SeaTable for an attractive content manager, or database-light. Make the most of the filter view options. Use it to capture forms.
Cons: Using functions in the cells is not intuitive. It is difficult to understand and there are limited functions.
Overall Opinion: I'm coaching a football team and SeaTable is a perfect fit for my needs. Within SeaTable I'm able to manage my formations and starting players for each game / week or for trainings. I can write individual notes for each player and so evaluate the progress of each one. Also its perfect to manage my trainings, the tasks and options played. Overall its a good fit to manage everything regarding the team. I didn't aspect that from a freemium cloud software.

Overall Opinion: So im displaying my HR activities in SeaTable. It's is great tool for organizing single information and workflows at a single glance. I heard about this software in my social media and was curious about the functions, but didn't expected much. But my the performance of SeaTable is enough due to the fact that it involves a freemium model. I could imagine upgrading to a paid version, if SeaTable will be developed further

Overall Opinion: I like to cook and to write down every meal and recepie i'm using. Also to quickly share some recepis to my friends and family members. With SeaTable i can write down everything within one Table and even implement photos of my dishes. Its fanstastic to note ingredients macro nutrition facts and and lots more. I was using Microsoft Ecxel bevore but it was not able to integrate everything that I wanted in a stylish way.

Overall Opinion: This tool is just the perfect one to organise all my stuff. Happy that I have found it. I really like the plugins and all different views.From now on, I always keep on track! Looking forward to many new features.

Overall Opinion: I think this is one of the best tools I have ever seen in order to collaborate with your teammates. Easy to handle and ready to use within seconds. I directly started with the predefined templates. I will use SeaTable to organise my marketing campaigns in my company.

Overall Opinion: I don't think there is much to say about this.... Except: It is the best tool I have used so far to get my logistics processes under control again. I have not yet found another and better solution that can efficiently map all processes in just one application. Thank you SeaTable!

Overall Opinion: I am really excited. A friend of mine told me about SeaTable. So far I've only used other tools, but never really got any benefit from them. The different views, but also the easy grouping and sorting makes SeaTable a really great tool. It's also helpful that you find a few templates to start with in your account. This makes the start much easier and explains a lot.

Overall Opinion: Why did we only use Excel for so long....With SeaTable we could simplify everything. The visualisation is really much better. The only thing that could be improved a bit are the formulas. I still miss a few here. But I hope that these will come with the next releases. Otherwise, it's really a great tool for getting a grip on your chaos.

Overall Opinion: I have been using Seatable for about 3 months now and have managed to simplify our HR processes. We completely cover the entire field of application management. In the past, everything was still recorded on paper in folders. Seatable really simplifies many things and also saves us a lot of expense.

Overall Opinion: Really strong how the tool supports me in my everyday life. I use it to keep track of all my tasks. The calendar function in particular supports me enormously so that I don't miss any more deadlines. Strong... Keep it going :)

Overall Opinion: A good friend who works in HR highly recommended Seatable to me. Before, I always did my work in Excel as best as I could. It's really great how many functions the tool has. From image integration to the connection to various apps. I connected Gmail directly via Zapier. Works great.

Overall Opinion: I use the self-hosted version of Seatable and must say that I am really happy. I have been looking for such a provider for a long time. My data is now in my own local environment. So far, there is no other on the market for this either.

Overall Opinion: It's really great what you can do with SeaTable. I'm totally thrilled. I'm currently writing a book and I'm using SeaTable to structure my chapters, related images and texts. I will switch over to pro version soon.

Overall Opinion: I have to say, I haven't found anything better yet. We use the self-hosted version, which I can only recommend to everyone. This means that I always have data sovereignty. More than 200 employees in my company now use SeaTable. I also love the constant updates. You simply notice that it is always being optimised to get the maximum out of it. Really awesome.

Overall Opinion: I am in the process of implementing all marketing processes with Seatable. So far it really is a great tool. I manage to keep an eye on all my channels and platforms. Because I can assign responsibilities to everyone, everyone in the team knows exactly what he or she needs to work on. Really great.

Overall Opinion: I have been looking for a spreadsheet solution for over a year that can also be self-hosted. That's when I came across Seatable and I have to say that I'm really happy with the solution. I have my data exactly where I want it.... In my own data centre. The constant upgrades and further developments also turn Seatable into a very powerful tool that has become an indispensable part of our everyday lives.

Overall Opinion: With SeaTable I have managed to optimise my processes efficiently. I don't think any other tool has the power that Seatable has. It's really easy and especially when you start, you get important and valuable tips that make it even easier to get started. My team and I use Seatable every day and can really recommend it to everyone who wants to finally create more structure again.

Overall Opinion: Me and my team like Seatable a lot. We use it to track our marketing campaigns. Via Zapier we can connect all the web services we need. It really works extremely well. And finally we have order and structure in our marketing activities again. We will now switch to Enterprise. I can only say that SeaTable is really worth the money.

Overall Opinion: We have been using Seatable for almost 6 months now and have managed to get more structure into our team collaboration. Now everyone knows exactly what needs to be worked on and when deadlines have to be reached. In addition, you can also comment in real time, which is really an enormous support in communicating with the whole team. I can only recommend it.

Overall Opinion: We had to find a DSGVO-compliant application that would replace Airtable in our company. Especially because we no longer wanted to outsource the data to the cloud. Seatable offers the on premises variant with which we can now manage and secure our data in our own data centre. And this really at a very attractive price. No other provider can keep up with this price-performance ratio.

Overall Opinion: We have been using Seatable for almost 7 months now and the development of the application has progressed so quickly and offers us only helpful features that allow us to finally work more efficiently in a team. We manage almost all our departments through Seatable (HR, IT, Marketing & Sales). There is a solution for everything. I am excited to see where seatable will be heading in the next few years.

Overall Opinion: We had to look for a solution for our company that could be used on-premises. We found what we were looking for with Seatable. We have been working with this super solution for more than 6 months now and are so fascinated by the constant development. The price and performance ratio is also top. I can really recommend it to everyone. I have not found any other provider who can offer this. A really lovely UI & a fast movement.

Overall Opinion: For our marketing agency, we were looking for a tool with which we could really map all our processes. From our customer management to campaign planning. With Seatable, it is easy to quickly share projects with our clients and let them participate in real time. This saves us a lot of time and the customer as well. We are really satisfied with Seatable and will of course be happy to recommend it to others.

Overall Opinion: We had to look for an alternative for Airtable. We searched for almost 6 months until we came across Seatable. A solution that meets our DSGVO guidelines in Germany and also has only few restrictions in terms of functions. But Seatable is developing very strongly for this. I am sure that they should have caught up by the middle of this year at the latest. A particular pro-argument for SeaTable is the possibility of running the solution in our own data centre. We no longer have to outsource the data to the cloud and are in our own IT environment. Really great. I don't think anyone else offers this at the moment.

Overall Opinion: We have been working with Airtable for a long time, but at some point we reached our limit for DSGVO reasons. We were no longer allowed to use Airtable in the company. Therefore, we had to look for an alternative that comes from the European area and at the same time offers the most important functions that we need. After a bit of searching, we came across Seatable. A really strong replacement. Even if the functions are not yet on the same level as Airtable, I am sure that Seatable will soon catch up. When I saw that the company has only existed since July 2020 and has already developed so rapidly, I was really positively surprised. I can really recommend Seatable to anyone who is looking for a great alternative from the European region. A real plus point is the On Premises theme. We host Seatable in our own data centre and no longer have to outsource the data to the cloud. Finally, we can continue to work on projects in a calm and orderly manner. Thank you Seatable.

Overall Opinion: We use Seatable for our HR processes. The web forms can be easily adapted for applicant management. The information then flows automatically into SeaTable and is processed completely automatically with the help of Zapier. Right down to the actual hiring, Seatable really makes our day-to-day work easier. Another reason why we chose Seatable is the on-premises option.

Overall Opinion: We have been looking for an alternative to Airtable for ages. Now we have found a really strong competitor from Germany in Seatable. As is well known, the topic of data protection is treated very strongly, especially in Europe. We are glad that we have only a few restrictions in terms of functions. As I have heard from the developers, there is still a lot to come. We look forward to all new functions and to every new release. Seatable is really a very strong tool.

Overall Opinion: So I'm using SeaTable to show my HR activities. It's a wonderful tool for rapid organising single pieces of information and workflows. I learned about this programme via social media and was intrigued by its capabilities, but I didn't have great standards. After all, since SeaTable is based on a freemium model, I found its performance sufficient.
Pros: Some duties inside one table to enforce concepts, data, and even media. It's perfect for good recipes and ingredients. Mix of stylish style and functionality. It is also downloadable.
Cons: In the meat section, there may be recepis templates to use or even some built templates. I'm not sure what I should complain about.
Overall Opinion: I have to say that SeaTable has made everyday life much easier for my entire team and myself. In the beginning, we only used Seatable to measure our customer satisfaction. Now it is used almost across the whole company, across all departments. It's really great how flexibly Seatable can be used. Compliments to the developers.

Overall Opinion: For a long time, we worked with Excel in the company. What a mess that used to be. The files were always sent around to the individual team members so that they could then be further processed. With Seatable we found exactly the solution we needed. Everyone can now work on projects in parallel and is no longer dependent on anyone. Tasks can be distributed quickly and we always have an overview of every single step and can act directly if something doesn't go the way we want it to. On top of that, we can even host Seatable in our own company. Really great. We are looking forward to the further development.
