Overall Opinion: Websites that sell goods and services require an efficient method of providing customer service. Delays in responding to customer concerns can cause a business to lose sales. Casengo is an all-in-one customer support platform that allows users to provide ticket-based or live chat support. One of the best features of the software is its hybrid nature. It allows customer service team members the ability to switch back and forth between live chat and email support. Everything needed to handle support requests is located in one place, making it easier for support staff to handle more requests in a shorter period of time. Casengo also makes it possible for team members to collaborate on support requests. Members can reach out to one another for help, streamlining the support process to handle tickets faster. All team members can view the interface to see which requests have been handled and which are pending resolution. A private notes feature provides the ability to make notes on individual customers. This is very useful in relating to customers on a personal level. The software can be installed on the Wordpress platform and be operational in a few hours. No coding is required to install Casengo, but the installation process can be complicated for those who do not know how to manage directories in Wordpress. Thankfully, Casengo offers 24/7 support. Requests for help are handled in a timely manner. There is also a tutorial included in the software that is very beneficial to those who have no experience setting up a help desk. Users can get a 14-day free trial to test drive the software. Following the trial a subscription must be purchased. There are two levels to choose from. The Enterprise plan offers support via live chat or phone. Integration with WhatsApp requires an additional fee.
